It's the time we've all been waiting for - THE ASOS SUMMER SALE! There are so many amazing discounts, here are just some examples. My mum always says "it's not a bargain unless you wanted it before". Luckily, pretty much everything I'd been eyeing up is actually in the sale. Grab it while you can, things are selling out fast!

WISHLIST / June 2014

-click for links-

Mostly monochrome, surprise surprise. These are some of the things I'm lusting after for the month of June. I feel like I really want to update my wardrobe coming into summer - most my clothes are for the depths of winter. The weather in the UK still isn't great and I don't know, I just feel weird wearing summery clothes at the moment (not to mention I desperately need a tan!). It's so hard knowing what to wear with the crazy ass British weather!

OOTD / Pink Blazer

Blazer - Pull & Bear / Top - Pull & Bear / Jeans - River Island / Boots - New Look / Watch - Guess

Obligatory changing room selfie - of course. I really want to start doing outfit posts like this once I figure out how best to take pictures. But for now, here's an outfit I wore out to go shopping. I tend to have quite a simple style, as you can see from this!

This summer, I am absolutely loving the palm print/tropical print trend. Here are some of my favourite high street pieces this season.

As a fashion student, Fashion Week is always a really exciting time. As you probably know, the AW14-15 shows are going on at the moment. So I thought I'd show some of my favourite collections from each city's shows.

I never really seem to get into New York Fashion Week as much as a lot of my favourite designers are featured in Milan or Paris. However I was really impressed with this season's collections. A lot of the common trends are totally my style and I think the sleek, tailored look is definitely huge. Also, the colour palette that came through of dusty pinks, crisp white and all black outfits really appeal to me and the simplicity of some of the collections really caught my eye.

Victoria Beckham
I love the simplicity of the masculine structured looks with feminine touches in a beautiful monochrome palette.

Ralph Lauren
From gorgeous 20's dresses to all white tailored outfits, Ralph Lauren are on top at the moment.

The gorgeous gold and royal blue silk give the collection a rich luxurious vibe with and edge of black lace.

Oscar de la Renta
The 1920s are shining through in these beautiful neutral palette dresses.

Diesel Black Gold
I love the contrast between the different textures on the all black outfits mixed with the bold metallic silver.

Rebecca Taylor
A much more casual collection, masculine shapes and cooler colours give a more relaxed vibe.

The gorgeous dusty pink colour is again show, in a much more feminine display.

It's all about glamour - feathers, fur and sparkles. I love the mix of glamour and casual in this collection.

Golden Globes 2014: The After Party TOP 5

Awards season is without a doubt one of my favourite times of the year. In terms of fashion, it's huge. Every year Hollywood dresses up in beautiful gowns and suits. Unlike the formality of the Oscars, the Golden Globes allow for celebrities to showcase more fashion-forward designs. I know there's been a lot of 'Best Dress at the Golden Globes' post so I thought I'd do a round up of my favourite outfits from the after parties.

Miranda Kerr is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful women in the world and looked absolutely amazing! The Emilio Pucci dress is very similar to the famous Versace safety pin dress, but is a lot more sophisticated and elegant, with a sexy edge.

This is personally my favourite look. The dress is very modern and fashion forward, unlike the traditionally glamorous ballgowns seen at these events. Kat Graham is showing what a great fashion icon she is and I think she looks incredible here.

It's no secret that Vanessa Hudgens is absolutely stunning and she's certainly flaunting that in this Giorgio Armani dress. Sleek, elegant and sexy, she has successfully pulled off the classic Hollywood glamour look.

Another Vampire Diaries star, I know (I'm obsessed okay!), but I love this Armani Prive dress worn by Nina Dobrev. It's simple, but a great shape and looks really flattering. The simple embellishment detail draws attention to the plunging neckline, but isn't too overpowering.

All I can say is WOW! Sofia Vergara looks absolutely incredible in this very low cut dress. The Zuhair Murad dress is about as glamourous as it gets and Sofia pulls it off flawlessly!
